Ordering Online - The Process
Once you finalize your order and payment, we promptly process your information. Your part then enters our programming department. After programming, we package your part securely and ship it using your selected shipping method. Upon receiving your new part, you can use the included prepaid shipping label to send us your old part (CORE). Your one-year warranty begins when we receive your old part. Please note that the CORE must be returned within 14 days after receiving your replacement unit to activate your warranty. Failure to return your core(s) within the stipulated time may result in a core charge of up to $150 for gas parts and $500 for diesel parts.
We ship your part using your chosen shipping method. While we strive to ship your part as soon as possible, it may not necessarily ship the same day of your order. Rest assured, we will use your selected shipping method when we do ship. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Refunds & Return Policies
Please note that this is an electrical part. If you have questions about the part, kindly contact us before making a purchase. If you mistakenly order the wrong part, we will facilitate an exchange if you cover the shipping costs. You may return the part(s) for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges. The part must be in the same condition as received. Please note, there will be no refunds after 14 days.
