How to place an order?

What is the delivery timeline for my order?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Ground shipping usually takes between 1-7 business days, while Air shipping always takes 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time may be shipped the same day, and most orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours.

Does the part come with a warranty?

Absolutely! Our parts come with a one-year warranty, provided there is an exchange of the rebuildable core.


Can I extend my warranty?

Yes, you can extend your warranty. All our parts come with a one-year warranty included in the price. An additional $50 extends this warranty to two years, and an extra $100 offers a lifetime warranty. Please note that warranties are non-transferable and require a copy of the invoice to file a claim.


What is the return policy if my computer doesn't work?

If the part is not functioning as expected, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it's in its original condition. Please note that returns may incur shipping and programming charges. After 14 days, returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the shipping charges. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. 

Can I return my computer if I do not need it anymore?

The part may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition. The return will be subject to shipping charges as well as 25% programming charges. Will the part require additional programming once received?

Most parts we sell are plug-and-play, especially all Chrysler products. However, some Ford and Honda models may require a locksmith to calibrate the ignition post-installation.


What if the computer I need is not in stock?

In the rare event that we don't have your required computer in stock, we will locate one for you immediately and update you on the expected delivery time, typically within 2-3 days.


What if I fail to return my old computer?

Unless otherwise specified, exchanges are mandatory for all purchases. Failing to return the old part may result in an additional 'core charge' and cancellation of warranty. If you wish to keep your old part or don't have it, please contact us before placing an order.


How can I get my tracking number?

The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during order placement. Alternatively, you can call us at 1-888-672-4818 Mon-Fri 9.00-5.00 EST with your ID for status/shipping info.


I can't find the part I need online. Do you have it?

We have a vast inventory, not all of which is listed online. Please call our main office at 1-888-672-4818 with the VIN# and the part# for availability and pricing.
