How to place an order?

How soon will I receive my computer once I have placed the order?
We ship our parts Monday through Friday. Ground shipping times vary from 1-7 business days for most areas. Air shipping times are always 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00pm eastern time may ship the same day. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.
DOES THIS PART COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, our parts comes with one (1) year warranty with an exchange of the rebuildable core.
CAN I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY?
Yes, you can. Our price for all parts comes with the 1 year Warranty, for an additional $50 or Lifetime Warranty for an additional $100 can be availed. The warranty is non-transferable. To file a Warranty Claim , you have to have a Copy of the Invoice.
Can I return my computer if it doesn't work?
The part may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition. The return will be subject to shipping charges as well as programming charges. It is up to you and your mechanic to make sure that you diagnose your vehicle correctly. You can return the item within 14 days for a refund. After 14 days you will be a subject to 25% Restocking Fee and the Shipping Charges. There is no refunds after 30 days.
Can I return my computer if I do not need it anymore?

Do I need to have any additional programming done once I receive my part?
Most parts that we sell are plug-and-play. All Chrysler products are plug-and-play. Some Ford and Honda models will require a locksmith to calibrate the ignition after the part is installed.
What if you do not have the computer that I need in stock?
If you order a computer and we do not have one in stock, we will locate one for you immediately and notify you of how long your order will take to fill. This usually takes 2-3 days. It is very rare that we will not have your part in stock.
What happens if I do not return my old computer?
Exchanges are required for all purchases unless otherwise directed. You may be subject to a 'core charge' in addition to a canceled warranty if you do not return your old part. Core MUST be returned with the Authorization Page within 14 days after receiving your replacement unit to validate the warranty. By accepting our Part/ECM/ECU/PCM/PCU/IDM/FICM/TCM/TCU , you agree to pay a Core Charge up to $100 for gas parts and up to $500 for diesel parts, in the event that you do not return your Core(s) to us within the stated time frame. Core must be in a re-buildable condition. If you do not have the old part or you would like to keep your old part, please give us a call before you order and we will give you all of your options. All customers from outside the 48 lower states and all International customers must pay the Core Fee upfront.
How can I get the Tracking Number?
A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order. If no e-mail address is supplied you will not receive tracking info. You can also call the main office and provide your ID for status/shipping info at 1-888-672-4818 Mon-Fri 9.00-5.00 EST
I do not see the part I need in the Online Store. Do you have it?
